How enrollment works
Book a tour
See the classroom in action. Tours take about 45 minutes to an hour and run on weekdays at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm, one family at a time. Use the scheduler below.
Apply
After your tour, we will share the enrollment application. It is a short form. We want to hear about your child and your family's goals.
Registration and materials fee
A $200 nonrefundable registration fee holds your spot. A $225 annual materials and activities fee is due at the start of the year.
Start date and phase in
We will agree on a start date and a gentle phase in schedule tailored to your child's age and readiness.

What's included
- Morning snack, prepared fresh daily

What to bring each day
- A home packed lunch (we are nut aware)
- Diapers and wipes if not yet toilet independent (Wobbler and Toddler)
- A change of clothes, labeled
- A water bottle

Enrollment FAQ
Is there a waitlist?
Sometimes, especially for the Toddler community. Booking a tour is the first step, and we will tell you honestly what the timeline looks like for your child's age.
Do you accept ERDC or childcare subsidies?
Yes, we accept ERDC. Call or email us and we will walk you through how it applies to your family's tuition.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. When siblings are enrolled together, we take 10% off the eldest sibling's tuition.
Can we do part time, fewer than 4 days?
We offer 4 and 5 day schedules. Consistency matters a great deal at this age, so we do not offer fewer than four days.
When can my child start?
Children may start at any point in the year when a space is open. We plan a gentle phase in schedule with every family.
